In accordance with the Personal Data Privacy Ordinance (PDPO) of Hong Kong, Baggmania prioritizes the security of your personal identifiers. Any data submitted during the ordering process is handled under strict confidentiality protocols to prevent unauthorized access. We ensure that your contact information and delivery details are used solely for the fulfillment of your specific request. Our adherence to the PDPO ensures that your digital footprint is managed with technical precision and lawful transparency.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content displayed on this platform, including technical descriptions and architectural bag designs, remains the exclusive property of Baggmania. Users are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or utilizing our branding for external commercial purposes without explicit written authorization. We protect our structural designs and manufacturing methodologies as unique assets. Unauthorized use of our digital content or physical design patterns will result in immediate termination of service access and potential legal action under Hong Kong intellectual property statutes.

Handbag Acquisition and Use

Every purchase made through our platform is verified for structural integrity. The material composition of each item is checked, before it enters our distribution network. While we strive for total accuracy in our digital catalog, small variations in leather grain or hardware finish may occur due to the organic nature of full-grain hides. Upon placing an order, you acknowledge that our technical assessment serves as the definitive confirmation of the item’s status. We do not facilitate the sale of poor-quality handbags.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

To ensure transaction transparency and buyer security within the regional market, Baggmania operates exclusively on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis. We do not accept digital transfers, credit cards, or advance electronic payments. Clients must provide the exact total in local currency at the time of physical delivery. Our logistics partners are instructed to release the ordered item only once the full cash amount is collected. This method eliminates digital fraud risks and allows the recipient to confirm the presence of the package before completing the exchange.

Shipping and Regional Logistics

Our distribution network operates under strict timelines to ensure rapid fulfillment across Hong Kong. Once an asset leaves our climate-controlled facility, we provide tracking data to the recipient. Risk of loss passes to the client upon delivery and completion of the COD transaction. We utilize insured couriers to mitigate transit risks, but we are not liable for delays caused by external factors such as unpleasant weather or regional infrastructure disruptions. Clients are responsible for ensuring a secure location and the necessary funds are available for the receipt of high-value assets.

Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disagreements arising from our service or products will first be addressed through our internal mediation process. Should a resolution remain unreachable, the matter shall be settled within the competent courts of Hong Kong. Baggmania maintains a commitment to fair operational practices and expects similar transparency from our clients.
